3. Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) can take up to 48 hours to be applied to your vehicle. SIRA membership is provided by by 365 Assistance Pty Ltd ABN 59 160 076 200 trading as ‘365 Assistance’ (‘365’). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your SIRA membership, you will be making that request to 365 Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions available at https://www.volkswagen.com.au/en/owners-service/service-repairs-parts/roadside-assist.html. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.
4. 5-Year Care Plan for the price of a 3-Year Care Plan is available for eligible Volkswagen Amarok (up to and including Model Year 2022), Caddy, California Caravelle, Crafter, Multivan and Transporter models only. Amarok (MY23 onwards) is not eligible for this promotion.
